Memories

Sarah's life will leave a huge impact on all who have been even remotely touched by your devastating loss. Sarah and the legacy of her life will last forever. And in her death I know that many, many people have learned how precious our moments on Earth are. Our teenagers all over Holmen and beyond have learned a very tough lesson so young. I do know that other lives will be saved by the impact of the anger at anyone driving drunk. Somewhere and sometime, someone will be remembering this and not getting behind the wheel. I know this doesn't make any sense of your tragedy, but I do know God has a plan that will help the people of this world understand to love and care for each other.

I only knew Sarah for one year, but in that time she became someone that I looked up to, not only in golf and music, but in life. She was an amazing person who loved everyone and everything. She knew what was important. Now, we need to take Sarah's love of life and share it with others. We will never forget Sarah.

I had gotten to know Sarah through vocal jazz and show choir. I was always impressed by her class, friendliness and ever present smile. When I heard of her death someone asked me if she had been a Christian. Without personally talking with Sarah about her faith, I was able to answer an unfaltering "yes". The song came to my mind was the hymn "They'll know we are Christians by our love." I have always known Sarah was a Christian by her love. Claire

I always thought of Sarah as the "mother" of the group. Always trying to take care of everyone. She is very missed by all her friends and their families.

IN LOVING MEMORY OF SARAH

Oh special angel,
Oh beautiful being,
In you we found our hope,
In you we sought our dreams. You blessed us with your presence,
Although you
Weren't here long,
You graced us with Your beauty, your strength and your song.
For all of us who knew you,
You left an impression
Worth remembering
An impression on our hearts. JRL

I really used to love babysitting Sarah and Jared. I remember her laugh most of all. I can still hear it and picture us dancing. Sarah made my world better, and I am so glad that I had the opportunity to know her. Megan

Sarah was such a great person. I often sat next to her at church choir and was so impressed with her ability to feel comfortable with us older members. She always had such a smile on her face.

Sarah greeted our granddaughters and made them feel "at home" on their first day of school at Holmen HS. Her friendliness really made a lasting impression. Paul and Joyce W.

Our love for Sarah will always be in our hearts, thought and prayers. Sarah brought greatness to everyone she knew. We are better people to have known her. A day does not go by when we don't think about Sarah and the gift she gave us,her love&heart. Kirt,Julie and Ashley V.

I had Sarah as a CCD student in kindergarten. I remember she always came in the beautiful dresses her Grandma made for her. She was such a sweet little girl. It was fun watching her grow over the years into a beautiful young lady. The last time I probably remember seeing her was singing at prom-they did such a nice job. Although I surely was able to hear her singing at church as well. She was a beautiful girl inside and out. Mary Kay

We knew Sarah from her visits to our cottage with Candy. She leaves sweet memories in her wake. We can think of no finer angel in God's choir. Bill and Pat H.

I got to know Sarah at our church group's convention in Green Bay. During both those weekends,Sarah displayed a sincere desire to grow deeper in her knowledge of God and the service of others. I can see her so clearly, toying with her baby blanket and participating in our discussions whole-heartedly. She was a very special young lady, who shared her talents with all of us. Karen
